Scope of this policy

This policy describes Gatherline, an app for personal event planning and rehearsal notes, and the companion pages supplied with it. Its contact details are the contact assigned for this app project.

02

Information you enter

Event titles, dates, planned times, block names, durations, buffers, dependencies, checklists and notes are stored in the app’s private Android storage. The app does not send these plans to an event organizer or a remote service.

03

Working plans and saved versions

Applied changes to your working plan are saved locally. Keeping an event adds or updates the selected saved version. A variation has its own identity and does not silently change its source. A failed write is reported as a failure.

04

Personal planning states

Checked items and rehearsal cues are your own notes. They do not establish attendance, a completed real event, a venue reservation or an organizer’s acceptance. The app has no backend that receives or confirms a plan.

05

Permissions

The Android package does not request Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts or direct-call permissions. A document export uses the system picker only after you choose it. The app does not inspect another application’s private storage.

06

Accounts and tracking

Gatherline has no sign-in, account, advertising, analytics or remote crash-reporting SDK. It does not send usage events or event content to us. Device and operating-system services are controlled separately by their providers and your settings.

07

External contact choices

Contact buttons request a fixed email, phone or website destination in another application. A plan is not attached automatically. You decide whether to continue there. Opening an application is not sending, calling, browsing to completion or establishing receipt.

08

Exported running orders

Text, structured data and printable summaries may include the names and notes you entered. Review them before saving or sharing. A document provider you select may store or synchronize the exported file outside this app under its own settings.

09

Backup settings

The app requests exclusion of its private records from Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Your exported documents are separate. Manufacturer tools, device management or user-directed backups may operate outside the app’s control.

10

Retention

Your plans, working draft and preferences remain locally until you remove them, clear storage or uninstall the app. There is no automatic expiry of an event plan. Copies you export remain at the destination you selected.

11

Deletion

Deleting an event or clearing the workspace requires confirmation. Local deletion does not delete an export, recall a message, cancel a booking or notify another person. Manage external copies where they were saved or sent.

12

Security of local records

Records are stored in the app’s Android storage area. This is not additional app-level encryption. Use suitable device access controls and take care when putting sensitive personal information in an event note or exported document.

13

Storage errors

If an existing workspace cannot be read, the original is preserved for a recovery export. If a change cannot be written, the app warns you. In-memory edits after a failed write become durable only after a successful later save.

14

Dates and timing

Times are planning values you enter and calculations from those values. The app does not obtain your location or a live venue calendar. A warning identifies a conflict in the local plan; it is not a message from an organizer or a guarantee about real-world timing.

15

Age and other people’s information

The app is a general planning tool and does not ask for age or create verified participant profiles. Names or descriptions you type are local text. Only enter and share information you are entitled to use.

16

Choices and changes

You can inspect, edit, export and delete your own local plans. Nothing here limits rights available under applicable law. Future app versions should update this policy if their data behavior changes. This policy is dated 27 October 2026.

Companion pages

The supplied website is static, with no account form, analytics or server-side plan submission. Its timing demonstration is transient. If hosted, the hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address. External sites have their own policies.
